AOEAH - In depth
Product
AOEAH offers virtual currency for more than 18 different games, ranging from popular MMORPGs to sports games to third-person shooters. You'll find currency available for popular fantasy offerings at AOEAH like Final Fantasy XIV, Elder Scrolls Online and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic along with virtual money for games like Madden NFL 18 and FIFA 18. AOEAH even offers currency for games such as Rocket League, Albion Online and Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, giving gamers a one-stop shop for all their virtual currency needs. In addition to virtual currency, AOEAH also sells power leveling services and items for over 10 games in its catalog.
Price
AOEAH offers a fair price for the majority of the virtual currency it offers. While AOEAH will likely never have the cheapest prices at face value, the store does offer coupons through its social media accounts that take upwards of three percent off your total. Customers will find that these coupons are easy to obtain; for example, AOEAH offers a three percent coupon just for liking their Facebook page. Unfortunately, AOEAH does not offer a loyalty discount or any other discount programs outside of the coupons.
Speed
Although AOEAH aims to deliver your virtual currency as soon as possible, numerous factors could delay your delivery time substantially. Ordering a large amount of virtual currency could delay your order by up to 48 hours; likewise, some payment methods, such as a PayPal eCheck, could delay your delivery by up to four business days. In the event of a longer-than-normal delivery time, AOEAH will attempt to reach out to the customer and find a solution that enables you to get your currency quicker.
Shopping and Payment
The AOEAH website isn't the easiest website to navigate thanks to the amount of clutter on the main page. With graphics, menus and text splashed all over the main page, finding the game you're looking for is a daunting task. Unfortunately, AOEAH offers no quick buy option so you'll need to navigate the menus manually to order gold or items. Where AOEAH shines is in its payment options, as the retailer accepts more than 10 different forms of payment. While the usual payment providers such as PayPal and Western Union are present, AOEAH also offers niche payment methods such as Trustly.
Customer Service
AOEAH offers four different ways to contact a customer service agent. The quickest way is their 24-hour live chat service, where an agent will assist you in ten minutes or less. If you aren't comfortable using the built-in live chat service, AOEAH offers three other ways to contact them: telephone, email and Skype. However, it can take upwards of 48 to 72 hours for a customer service agent to respond to your question. You'll find that AOEAH customer service agents are friendly and knowledgeable no matter which customer service option you choose.

I contacted WF support and they told me that the purchase of platinum got reversed... So, now I don't have neither the platinum, neither my money. And I had to buy a full price plat pack to even be able to play WF again...
Their support is horrid, rare is it that they speak English. And when they can't help you, they close the chat, block you from entering it again and you can't even do anything.
I tried asking paypal for a refund... And it got rejected, buyer protection be damned...
