Terrible service, i would have them 0 in giving services and help/support to costumers. They sending same messages every time and they can't solve even the simplest issues and downs that they have in their site. Not recommending at all!!! Terrible service, and this is the most worst seller/supplier ever. It seems that they have only one agent in this worst company that taking care on all issues (and even this he/she cannot do correctly) - name of the agent Vijay (cannot support and cannot help in anything). Even that there is no chance to buy any gift card from their store, they cannot support and give any help/ideas on how to solve such issues that they have within their site. The only one answer that i received from them was " you need wait 15-20 days in order to check again if payment receiveing will works". What an ablysmal reaction and update from such supplier! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS SUCK!!!!! NO SUPPORT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ONCE YOU'LL HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH SITE/PAYMENTS
