Please listen to me and not buy from gamekoo.com,
or any of their branches.
(You can check by looking at their contact emails, right now it's [email protected]).
I bought some in-game currency from them and they delivered it the first time fine,
when the second time comes around, they will usually start by telling you that you are out of fund and want you to wait, and you will never see your money or the in game money again.

Also, they do not give refunds. They say they do, but they just make you wait a bajillion years long and keep waiting.

You can test them by using different names and different email addresses.
I have had times where they tell me they have a bunch of money and when they found out that I ordered already, they will say that someone is out of town or they have run out of funds.

I can't agree with Ludzio,I have bought gold from this site for 3 years, but have not met any problems.They are the legitimate company, so they have to according the legal procedures.I think you must misunderstand gamekoo or others.

I've made my payment 3 days ago and ever since they say to me they have problems with their moneybookers account, that it would be banned and they would try to get it back.
But HOW is it possible for me to send any money to a BANNED account?
So I showed them the receipt I've had from moneybookers that I have payed and they still tell me they need to look for 'some information' on the moneybookers account.
HOW is that possible? Every information was filled on the site itself. So after giving an SS of my moneybookers transaction on my moneybookers account, they STILL won't give me anything.
If I ask for a refund, they just say: No.
And then come up with thesame reason: We can't refund anything if we don't know the transaction have been made.

I've tried something funny. There is a chat on the site and you can add them on msn. The one on msn said: [email protected] (E-mailadres isn't confirmed) says:
*at JAN 25 our paypal get banned
*so cant trade all order

and right after that, the one on the site says:
Daisy: does moneybookers work again ?
Fiona: no, sorry, do you have paypal or creditcard?

Right now, I'm doing thesame thing. And I'd love to bother them as long as needed juist to get my money refunded or on Maplestory, but I tell you they will do everything just to scam you. Oh great, I just checked back on the website chat and it says: Chat session has been terminated by the site operator.
And the one on MSN is just ignoring me.

One of them claims to check for information that is needed for the receipt and the other one just claims they have to look if it's really being payed.
This is hilarious. Don't you think?

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
I am a new wow player and returned to get caught up with a little extra gold. I contacted their customer support to see what the "supply" levels were.

I was told that they had over 200k on the server I was playing on and that meeting my order would not be an issue. I asked what the delivery time would be

and was told 30 min to 2 hours. This was acceptable to me as I was leveling at the time.

On their site it also says:

It will take 10-30 minutes generally according to different purchase amounts. It will take at most 36 hours to deliver if your order a large amount and we

may give you some discounts. If we still can't deliver in 36 hours, we will give you some discount for your waiting. Please see the details in each game

introduction.

So here is the time line.

2 hours - Contacted customer support to see how things were going, was told that it would be ready in 4 - 6 hours.

8 hours - Told they were having some staffing issues and would not be able to deliver, retired for the night.

16 hours - Checked again for an update and was told they were having issues with getting the delivery to me. At this point I asked for a refund OR

compensation. I was assured they would deliver in the morning.

24 hours - Checked in with customer service and they still could not deliver. I yet again requested a refund, which was out right ignored. They assured

me that they could meet the needs of my purchase.

30 hours - I get a phone call from the supplier, that I should log in to recieve my purchase... YES here we go... oh wait 7k of the purchase was

delivered. The person who delivered it was non responsive after, waiting 30 minutes I went to bed.

49 hours - Checked in with customer service to see what the deal was with the order. Was told they were working on it and to check back in 5-8 hours. I

infromed them that I would be heading to bed in 6 hours and would check in with them before I went.

52 hours - Got a call from the seller, please log in so we can deliver. Sat in the auction house for 15 minutes, and saw the toon that delivered my gold

sitting at the auction house of which he went afk. Tabbed back out to the customer service line and asked what is up. They replied we will call you when

the order is ready. I responded, you just did, there response was ...

ALL this for 20k gold on a server that was told to me had 200k to sell.

ABORT ABORT!!!!!!!

I'd have to say that their service is really unstable. Depending on the employee you get in their live chat will really affect your experience. If I get a competent one, I will still have to wait 3-24 hours for a face-to-face delivery. If not... well lets just say currently I have waited 5 days and still have not received my order. Am seriously considering to open a dispute on paypal.

It also looks like the live chat employees come from several different sites since I have been directed to different sites upon asking for delivery changes or such. It's simply problematic to deal with different site databases. They also do claim to have stock and then say they are out (although I would believe them if this hadn't happened EVERY TIME I order). And sometimes, the live chat employees simply avoid you by continuously switching you to another employee or by disconnecting.

Most of their employees are nice but this does not make up for the claims they advertise or any form of business incompetence. Overall, they have bad service.

Ok these guys were decent for China Aion, but for US release, they are seriously fail. Took them almost an entire week to get 500k to me. And on top of it, I had to file a dispute with Paypal in order for them to actually move on it. Who knows how long they'd have kept me waiting if I didn't do that. Before that, every time I'd check with them on the status of my order, they'd say "let me check" then just leave me waiting for hours (yes hours), then when I'd say something again like, did you find out? any luck? they'd say again "let me check" then go and leave me waiting again.

Before you start thinking about how new the game is and how bad the queues are... let me just say in the meantime because of their failure, I tried several other sellers and they not only got me my order faster but was cheaper. Gamekoo = fail.

I have to say this site is really kewl and i reccomend it.

I got scammed by www.rappelz.cc (fraud site that steals personal and credit card information) so i was a little weiry about buying from another seller.

With gamekoo all i did was ask if they had stock, i paid, they called me on the phone, then they delivered it. less that 3 minutes after they called on the phone i received the rupees.

I am not agree with "waldoue" and "vipuldusa". I ordered mesos. I checked order status on their web page. It indicates that the order has been delivered. But, I didn't received anything. Try contact them but line is always busy. I could't talk to anyone. I might just got scammed. I will give them 1 more day. If my order doesn't come in, I will post every web site I can about this gamekoo.com as a scammer. 24 hours for 7 days? It doesn't mean anything if you can get through. I will rate them after 1 day later or so.

i for one am astounded by the quality of gamekoo, they sell in so many games, and their customer service chat is always online!
at first they seem a bit shady, with their not-so-perfect english, but they pulled through! since they have so many customers for the game i play, i had to wait 4 hours (whih made me think they were scammers)but after my waiting time was up, they came to me in game and paid in full! no gradual pay over time, no come back in 24 hours, nothing like that! they even have a points system! (so you can make a purchase w/o paying them! ((with certain ammounts))
