Price

Unfortunately, Gaming4Ez tends to have higher prices than most other virtual currency retailers. On average, expect to find prices that are around ten percent higher than the competition. Gaming4Ez offers no loyalty program and in the few times we checked, their Special Deals section remained empty. Unfortunately, Gaming4Ez also does not offer a bulk discount special like many other virtual currency retailers do. Gaming4Ez claims they have a price match service where they match the lowest prices from their competitors; however, it's been our experience that this isn't the case.

Speed

Gaming4Ez promises delivery times within an hour, though in our experience the delivery times were around two to three hours. Gaming4Ez does mention that the more you order, the longer it will take to receive your order, which is similar to other virtual currency retailers. In addition, some payment methods, such as a PayPal eCheck, could delay your order by up to four business days, and it's not easy to switch your payment method with Gaming4Ez. For power leveling services, Gaming4Ez promises that they can get your character to the maximum level in one to two weeks. The time it takes for them to achieve maximum level with your character is dependent on the game you're playing.

Shopping and Payment

The Gaming4Ez website appears amateurish at first glance and is difficult to navigate. The website boasts that it has been in business since 2008, and it appears their website hasn't been updated since they opened. The Gaming4Ez website is extremely difficult to navigate on a mobile device, and the desktop version of the website is missing graphics and is slow to load. Unfortunately, Gaming4Ez only offers the bare minimum in terms of payment providers. There are only three ways you can pay on the Gaming4Ez website: PayPal, Western Union, and directly inputting your credit card or debit card number into the website.

Customer Service

Like other areas of the site, the customer service options on Gaming4Ez are lacking. While the site has a 24/7 Live Chat service, representatives were slow to answer. However, Gaming4Ez goes above and beyond by offering WhatsApp, QQ, telephone and email contact methods. You can expect an answer within 24 to 48 hours if you use these additional contact methods, though Gaming4Ez warns that customers should only call them if there is an emergency. One positive thing that you can say about the Gaming4Ez customer service staff is that they are polite and did a great job answering our questions.
